How tuition works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on your child's room, whether they come for a full day, a school day or mornings, and how many days a week. We give you the figures in writing at the tour and on our enrollment page.

Registration

Registration opens your child's enrollment file and holds a place on our roll. It is due with the application.

Holding a place

To hold a place, families pay part of the first month ahead of the start date, and it goes toward that month. If the room is full, we put your family on the waitlist and offer places in the order families joined.

Billing

Tuition is billed monthly, at the start of the month, through our enrollment page, with autopay if you like. If a payment is late, Fermina talks with you before anything changes.

Siblings

A second child is handled differently. Ask Fermina at the tour how it works for your family.

Withdrawing

We ask for two weeks' notice, in writing or by text, before your child leaves. Tuition for the weeks that remain is paid as usual.
